The small Firm comprises three (2) full time Attorneys, one Consultant Attorney and five (5) support staff members with considerable years of experience in their respective fields. Our Attorneys have gained reputations for competence in several areas including Intellectual property, entertainment law, commercial law, contract law and civil litigation.

The Firm’s primary objective is to provide our clients with quality legal services in a timely manner. We are selective in the nature and amount of work which we undertake in an effort to ensure that our existing clients continue to enjoy the level of efficiency which they expect.

We have invested in cutting edge software covering accounting and administration of files, internal and external communication, conflicts of interest, calendars and specifically additional software for the proper rendering of services in the field of intellectual property. This explains in large part our ability to meet the firm’s objective in today’s fast moving business environment.

Richards and Company and Offshore Incorporators Limited (OIL) operate together from the premises of the firm in St. John’s, Antigua. We have recently constructed new premises enhancing our work environment in an effort to serve our clients better.
