VESSEL REGISTRATION

Our Ship Registry in St. John’s
Antigua hosts many small boats
and larger vessels, commercial and
pleasure crafts which do not have
to enter Antiguan and Barbudan
waters at any time for the registration to take place. The registered vessel can fly the Antiguan flag without being subject to tax the vessel being owned by an International Business Corporation formed in Antigua and Barbuda for the purpose of the registration. There is no need for nominee Directors or shareholders of the company owning the vessel.

CONVEYANCING

We boast in Antigua of
having registered land
which presumes that
checks have been made
prior to the issuance of
title to the person you are
buying from.

As a bona fide purchaser for value without notice of any encumbrance that is not noted on the register relating to the property at the Registry of Lands you can be sure that your interests are safe upon receiving your land certificate showing title. Your attorney however has the responsibility or searching the register to determine if there are registered encumbrances which must be released before clear title can be passed to you.
