Sir Fred Phillips C. V. O. Q.C

Sir Fred has held a myriad of positions in the public service and in his professional life. In 1962 -1965, he served as the Cabinet Secretary in the Federal Government and following this served as the Senior Assistant Registrar at the University of the West Indies from 1966 and 1967.

Sir Fred led St. Kitts and Nevis as the Governor-General, the Queens representative between 1967 and 1969 and remained the Chief legal advisor to Cable and Wireless in the Caribbean for nearly 30 years from 1969.

He is the Chairman of the United States Agency for International Development of Agricultural Venture Trust and is the author of many publications including "Freedom in the Caribbean: A Study in Constitutional Change.

Stacy A. Richards- Anjo LLB, (Hons) LEC

Former Associate of Hill and Hill (1994-1999). She was a part -time lecturer in A-Level Law at the Antigua State College from 1994-1996. During these years she gained extensive practice and experience in the Magistrate's and High Courts and Labour Tribunals.

She served as the Secretary to the Antigua and Barbuda Bar Association and was a Member of the Constitutional Review Commission in 2002, a Commission set up to canvass the views of the Antiguan citizenry and to make recommendations for amendment to the Constitution of Antigua and Barbuda.

She has over the years assisted financial and lending institutions in relation to, joint venture financing, receiverships and processing of securities.

Veronica E. Thomas BSC, LLB (Hons) LEC

Probate, Company Administration; Civil Litigation and Debt Collections

Ms. Thomas began her legal career in the public service joining the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs in Antigua and Barbuda as Crown Counsel in 1998.

In 1999 she continued her public service and gained considerable and invaluable experience serving as Assistant Registrar of the High Court between 1999 and 2004. She was exposed to all filing registries including company, births and deaths and court filings She was expected to head the Court Registry from time to time. She is as a result steeped in the knowledge of the procedural aspects of our litigation practice.

In 2004 joined the ranks of private practitioners by becoming an attorney with this firm and is one of the certified mediators in Antigua & Barbuda.
