Stacy Richards- Roach has been in private practice for over 20 years. In 1999 Stacy became Senior Attorney of a fresh and innovative law firm, which from the day of opening its doors focused on raising the bar of professionalism and service in Antigua and Barbuda.

Her practice areas are: banking law, company law, real estate and intellectual property on the transactional and litigation sides. She has assisted many foreign companies with a presence in Antigua and Barbuda as well as local companies implement significant structural changes. Stacy is very au fait with the business landscape in Antigua and Barbuda and of course she keeps abreast of developments in the law; two attributes which when combined make for sound advice. Her keen understanding and appreciation of business decisions within the context of the law give her an advantage in advising corporations and other organizations. Stacy also has extensive practice and experience in the High Court and Industrial (Labour) Court.

She is a licensed Corporate Management and Trust Service Provider and a member of the Ethics and Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Antigua and Barbuda Bar Association. Stacy has been an annual contributor for many years to the Doing Business publication produced by the World Bank. Stacy enjoys reading, outdoor walking and traveling.
